The Financial & Investor Relations Department at On Board PR Ecco Network is a team of professional consultants caring for the image of financial institutions who are convinced that reputation is one of the key elements contributing to the value of companies in this sector. We understand the importance of the ability to professionally build and manage one’s own image, and effective communication with the broadly understood environment. Considering principally the building of our clients’ market position, we have a very individual approach to our communications strategies, each time adapting them to the current market situation and specificity of the sector. Within the cooperation, we offer public relations activities addressed to all financial services clients and suppliers: from public administration, through banking and financial institutions, the business environment, to individual investors.

While performing public relations activities for the financial sector, we have built solid relations with journalists of economic, financial and general IT editorial offices in the press, radio and TV. We have also entered into cooperation with representatives of the business and academic circles. On a daily basis, when carrying out communications activities for financial institutions, we use the knowledge and experience of financial analysts, experts in financial markets and Stock Exchange investments. Together with research centres, we also develop our own reports, which constitute guidelines for carrying out communications activities on the financial market.

Apart from standard activities in the area of corporate communications and product launching, we carry out activities in the area of change communications, CSR, internal communications, crisis communications and investor relations.

Corporate PR and brand building:
Image and communications audit, company positioning on the financial market, benchmarking analyses. Building of the mission, vision and corporate values, workshops on company values. Development of strategies for building and strengthening the company’s image (brand awareness), strategic consulting and building the Management Board’s image, expert positioning. Launching of new products and services, consulting in the area of the company’s marketing communications.

Internal communications:
Development of the internal communications strategy, implementation of the internal communications strategy. Development of the plan and assistance in the implementation of prepared internal communications. Development and implementation of internal communications tools – intranet, meetings, training and workshops, special events for employees. Preparation of speeches and letters to employees. Implementation of procedures for information management, internal communication of difficult issues and change communication at the company.

IPO and IR:
Analysis of the company’s present strategy within investor relations, auditing of the company’s image, development and carrying out of information campaigns supporting public offerings of shares (IPO and SPO). Ongoing consulting in the area of information policy, consulting in the area of building investor relation services in the Internet. Communications support of the merger and acquisition processes. Preparation of reports, prospects, presentations and other information materials for capital market participants.

Relations with the media:
Running of a press office and building relations with the media, preparation of press releases, organisation of briefings, press conferences and individual meetings with journalists, the organisation of Study Tours. Ongoing media monitoring and crisis alerts.

PR in crisis situations:
Audit and analysis of potential risks, development of information management procedures in crisis situations and crisis manuals. Establishment of a crisis management team, consulting in the area of crisis situation management.

CSR:
Creation of a Corporate Social Responsibility strategy, development and implementation of CSR programmes addressed to selected target groups, systematisation and analysis of the effectiveness of the company’s hitherto activities within the sphere of CSR (sponsoring, donations, ecology, ethical and incentive programmes). Definition of reporting methods and assessment of the activities’ effects. Popularisation and promotion of the company’s best practices in its social environment.

Training:
Preparation of training courses within the sphere of media relations and crisis communication, adjusted to the clients’ specific, individual needs. Training developed on the basis of selected industry case studies. Divided into theory and practice. Preparation of the training materials package.
