We have been dealing with communications consulting for companies from the pharmaceutical and medical sector for over 14 years. As a member of the Ecco International Communications Network, together with agencies from over 40 countries, we have been carrying out projects for pharmaceutical companies, hygienic materials manufacturers, functional foods manufacturers, as well as healthcare centres and academic and industrial centres.

Apart from standard activities within the sphere of corporate communications and product launching, we also deal with the development of education and information programmes, expertises and communications procedures. The key element of On Board PR Ecco Network’s activities is cooperation with the media addressed to business representatives related to the pharmaceutical industry, media dedicated to consumers searching for information within the sphere of healthcare, and medical circles – doctors and pharmacists.

Activities performed by On Board PR Ecco Network are based on cooperation with experts, medical societies, including the Polish Cardiac Society, the Polish Society of Hypertension, the Polish Psychiatric Society, and patient associations. Over the years, On Board PR Ecco Network’s consultants have developed programmes on the most important global health issues: cancers, schizophrenia, cardiologic diseases, renal diseases, pulmonological diseases, or pain treatment. Our activities have been appreciated, which is testified to by many prestigious awards.

Education and information programmes:

The construction of an action strategy, carrying out appropriately profiled analyses of the public opinion (patients, doctors, etc.) – diagnosis of the starting point, establishment of Programme Councils, cooperation with associations for experts (medical society, patients) that are significant from the client’s point of view, development and analysis of materials and messages to relevant therapeutic groups, development of the content of Internet platforms, initiation and supervision of activities in the community media. Building communities around the product/service. Competitions.

Corporate PR:
Audit to determine the company’s market position (media and business context), and to define target groups, building or clearing communication channels; development of the company’s communications strategy, strategic consulting and building the image of the Management Boards; consulting in the area of the company’s marketing communications, development of the communications policy and procedures; press office management.

Medical marketing:
Development of marketing activities in order to improve brand/company service awareness.
Building the client’s relations with the medical society, building the contact network.

Research and analyses:
Development of reports and analyses of specific issues (services, products, opinions) significant to the client, obtaining comments from experts in the sector, development of the media background – press releases, interviews, press office. Cooperation with a research centre at each phase of the project.

Media training:
Preparation of media training following the prior analysis of the client’s situation, environment, etc. Training developed on the basis of selected industry case studies. Divided into theory and practice. Preparation of the training materials package.

Brand PR:
Development of the strategy for launching products/services (pharmaceutical and medical), building
product/service categories; running campaigns oriented at building brand awareness.

PR in crisis situations:
Analysis of the situation (input situation, past crisis situations), development of the communications strategy and procedures, support in securing the company’s image and interests, communications support in the case of legal disputes (securing the suit).

Stakeholders relations:
Establishing the key to the company’s groups of influence/pressure from the organisation’s surroundings, cooperation and building of relations with industry partners, development of expert analyses regarding the company’s key client groups (its services, products). Building of programme councils composed of KOLs – improved credibility.
